Klaus Ackerstaff Chief Executive Officer Dr. Klaus Ackerstaff joined Datamars in 2006 as COO and was appointed CEO as of January 1st, 2007. He has obtained a Doctorate Degree in Physics after studying in Hamburg and in the USA and has held the positions of CTO, COO and CEO of international private and publicly traded technology and communications companies. Apart from his technology background, he has led international expansions, mergers and acquisitions and has experience with large multinational clients.
		Daniele Della Libera Chief Operating Officer Daniele Della Libera joined Datamars in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2012 he took the role of COO, having responsibility for all operations including the international subsidiaries. Before joining Datamars, he held the positions of CFO and COO of leading private and publicly traded software and technology companies in Europe. Daniele Della Libera has a long international experience in strategy consulting and corporate finance and holds a Master in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
		Damien Pachoud Chief Technology Officer Damien Pachoud joined Datamars in 2005 as engineer in R&D after working as researcher in Australia. In 2007 he became manager of the R&D group for transponders and took the position of Chief Technology Officer in 2011. In this role he heads the R&D department at Datamars headquarters in Bedano and is in charge of Datamars' product innovation process and tailor-made solutions integrating the company's cutting-edge technology. Damien Pachoud holds a Master in Microtechnology Engineering and a DAS in Biomedical, both from EPF in Lausanne (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology).
		Mauro Nicola Head of Production Mauro Nicola joined Datamars in 2007 as Vice President of Operations. In this position, he heads the production department at Datamars headquarters in Bedano and is responsible for the company's production in Thailand. Mauro Nicola has a university degree in Physics from the University of Torino, Italy and has extensive business experience in the semiconductors and automotive industry.
