Datamars has developed a complete service infrastructure to provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers worldwide. Our dedicated team provides on-site consulting as well as upgrade and, if necessary, repair services for installed equipment.

Customized solutions

One of Datamars' strengths is our ability to deliver customized solutions for our customers. Understanding our customers' requirements and offering tailored ID systems that help them increase their productivity is what we are looking for.

Upgrades
Market feedback as well as our own research are what drive Datamars' R&D organization to search for ways to improve - wherever possible - the performance of our equipment.

One example is the introduction of the patented Central Noise Canceling System (CNCS) for Datamars' Tabletop and Conveyor antennas. This system tremendously enhances the read range even in highly electromagnetically "noisy" laundry environments. Additionally, the CNCS provides a better tag reading accuracy because it shapes the electromagnetic waves in such a way that even transponders having an unfavorable orientation towards the antenna are read correctly. The CNCS makes Datamars Table Top and Conveyor antennas truly plug & play devices. Moreover, when linked to a Datamars reader fitted with a Noise Measuring System (NMS), the antenna can even detect and display interfering signals that can be consequently eliminated. This provides the user with extremely high, guaranteed read ranges.

Warranty & repairs

  • Warranty for Datamars equipment covers damage caused by faulty material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Equipment repaired by a third party, as well as damage caused by the customer, are not covered by this warranty.
  • Claims for coverage of damage that exceed the limits of the warranty are not accepted.
  • In case of repair or replacement, the warranty is neither extended nor renewed.
  • In the event of a claim, contact your dealer directly and present the warranty certificate stamped and dated by the dealer or the purchase invoice.
  • Repairs carried out without a warranty certificate or with an expired warranty will be invoiced to the customer.

Extended warranty
Datamars offers an optional extended warranty on all products.

Service contracts
The environment in a laundry may often change due to the installation of new equipment and machinery. To guarantee optimal performance of RFID equipment over time and thus to ensure customers maintain the highest level of productivity possible, Datamars offers service contracts that include periodical on-site visits.
